I see my post-baby stomach going down when I wear it for about two hours a day, even when I don't work out! Even my hubby has noticed a difference. It's really my last "problem spot" left after 6 months of severe dieting, treadmill, and resistance tubes, and I was afraid for awhile there I would have to seek out more drastic measures, or even have to do those arduous sit-ups from Kelly Coffee's video. Neoprene definitely has some properties in it that are completely "as advertised." Thanks, Ezyfit, for also being concerned about each customer's satisfaction!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really does flatten the belly; improve the abs

I've been using it for over a month now and I really do like it. It really does work to trim/flatten the belly. I wear it while working out (one hour a day), but I've considered wearing it to work for a few hours too but I don't want to be sweaty in the workplace.  I usually wear it a little lower than shown/pictured. It really does heat up nicely. The first few uses, it had a strong odor to it, but the odor went away in a week. I usually wipe it down after each use with a wet paper towel.

I really love it.  It's very comfortable to wear.  Easily adjusts to any size and it has smoothed my stomach out somewhat.  It also improves my posture when I'm sitting on the computer.  I try to wear it whenever I'm doing something physical, like working out or cleaning house, and it does get sweaty and hot under it, which is why I think it's working.It's not a magic pill that's going to give you a 20 inch waist, but it's giving me motivation to keep going because I am seeing results.
