Is the initial printed on or embroidered?

The initial is printed on, but it's very nicely done. I've purchased 2 of these bags, first one was a "gift" bag for a beach house warming gift, I filled it with beach towels and flowers and a bottle of champagne, it's roomy and well made. Bought one for myself too, it's a great tote, much more substantial than expected.

Will bag stand on its own when empty?

It arrives folded, with time it probably will, if you fill it up for some time.

Can we get this customized with 2 letters instead of just one?
