Quality Control is Important
Ordered three of these cool-looking chairs for long board gaming sessions. All three had quality control issues of varying degrees. Some issues were due to poor packaging, others to poor quality control. Some I can live with, some that I can’t. I received two right side armrests for one chair. The buckle for the lumbar support pillow was broken on another. A decorative piece of a wheel was busted. Plus a couple of other cosmetic issues that I don’t want to post pictures of but worth noting to give an idea of what you can expect. I was going to grab a fourth chair to complete the look but I don’t regularly have four gamers so it might not be worth the trouble. Customer service has been responsive but an adequate resolution hasn’t been reached thus far after three messages. It’s not always about the money. I’ll update this review with the results. In the meantime, be prepared…
