Magnum Solace Nighttime Magnesium Lotion with Arnica – Highly Concentrated Magnesium for Muscles & Joints – Apply to Legs or Feet Before Bed – Skin-Friendly

This magnesium lotion with arnica has been helpful in stopping my nighttime cramps. I lotion down my soles of my feet and put on socks (to protect the bedding). The lotions absorbs quickly, the cramps are gone and with the Lavender, it not only smells good but assists in getting into a sleep mood! Excellent product. The 2 oz size is great to be able to take no trips and into luggage.

Pleasantly surprised! I am a massage therapist and always looking in ways to improve my application when I'm doing a massage. I was so pleasantly surprised when I tried this first. I tried it on myself to make sure it was effective and it was I I wake up with leg cramps and I rubbed it in and within two minutes the cramps were gone so I will use as a preventative every night now for my clients they love the soft lavender smell. Haven't had anybody with get any prickles yet the prickles is a notable thing with magnesium you never I have never figured out why people some people get the prickles I have maybe two customers out of 10 that have prickles on their skin when I apply it, but it has always just gone away after within less than a minute, so this is a lotion that is made for you to work in not to rub on like a quick body skin lotion that has alcohol in it that evaporates quickly on your skin so when you put it on plan on spending a minute or two working it into your muscles. Your muscles will love it.

This stuff is phenomenal at the relaxing sleep application, reasonable at mild pain relief, and absorbs well into the skin with decent slip for massaging into sore muscles. The real and minor cons, one that the cream is very strongly aromatic but not unpleasant- don't worry it fades pretty quickly. The second con? It seems to be mildly to moderately comedogenic in the areas of application. I would normally disregard mentioning that aspect, but I'm mostly past the regular pimple stage; and finding one on the back of the tense neck I'm repeatedly soothing with this cream can be uncomfortable. Or on my knee! That was the proof for me, because pimples on a neck may happen, but knees are pretty rare. So keep this in mind, but realize it's so infrequent and minor that it only knocked ONE star off an otherwise positive review coupled with an overly strong scent. I will buy more because the positive far outweighs the negative and I like a more reliable deeper sleep, which this provides without any accompanying grogginess upon waking.

I’ve been using this for about a month. I use it in my feet before I go to bed. Smells nice, nice texture. I don’t know if it helps me sleep, but perhaps a little. My feet always bother me when I sleep, but they don’t when using this.

This lotion is magic in a bottle. I use just a fingertip amount and rub it on the bottom of my legs every single night and I seriously notice a difference. I have a tendency of waking up several times throughout the night to go use the bathroom and I was able to fall asleep very easy when I use this lotion compared to when I don't use it. Sometimes I'll even wake up in the middle of the night realizing that I didn't apply it and will apply it just because it works that well. I have very sensitive skin and I didn't notice any irritation or flare-ups with my eczema. It is a nice thick moisturizing feeling and it smells amazing like lavender and relaxation. I feel like it was a very good value for my money since you only need to use a little bit and it really does work so it's lasted me a very long time I'm definitely going to repurchase whenever I go through the bottle. This would be an amazing gift to anybody who struggles sleeping or has infant children. I also love the fact that it has arnica mixed into the lotion so it also works for muscle soreness and bruising

I love this product when you rub it on your feet really helps you to heal any crack heels or feet. It also helps you to relax before bedtime. It’s not too greasy and it helps you fall asleep..

I have always been a big magnesium fan. I take the supplement multiple times a week. So when I found a lotion with magnesium and arnica I was super stoked. Like other reviewers have said, it is a little greasy. But it rubs into the skin well and only felt a little greasy on my hands which I washed after applying... So no big deal. The smell of the lotion is nice, that makes me feel like it's bedtime when I apply it. It helped relieve joint pain in my elbows.

This cream smells exnice , very good to massage legs feet ,back. All this while excrllent for your hands. Supper moisterizer, leaves your skin smelling nice and sliky soft. Massage of course increase the circulation and cream also has ingredients that benifit Parts of body being massage. You go far with small amount.

Wonderful lotion - great smelling and feels great on the skin. Relaxing way to end the day. Woke up feeling rested and no annoying restlessness through the night

Works well for me, my joint pain is reduced, also I have very low magnesium levels. This will help with this as well.

Fairly impressed so far. The pain relief is very fast acting and feels deeply penetrative. Within a minute of applying it to my back I can feel the affects. Robax and advil don't seem to have much of an impact on my injury. This cream is applied directly to where pain is felt and works there. I've only had/used it for a couple days and I am already recommending it to coworkers. I'm tempted to bring it to work so they can try it. I'm not going to lie and say it's a miracle elixir that snapped my spine in to place and I have been feeling euphoria ever since- but the pain relief is noticeable and immediate and who knows what benefits prolonged use my yield. I do think I am noticing improvements. My back was not cracking today when I tried to twist it and I was not feeling the need to crack it.
