Very Capable PC and Excellent Customer Service
It's an excellent mini PC, but customer service locked in a 5 star rating. The first unit developed a hardware problem (most likely the PCIe controller). After back-and-forth troubleshooting via email (responses were quick), the problem was not fixed, so customer service replaced the unit. I shipped the unit back on a Sunday. The new system was up and running on Monday, 8 days later. The configuration is well thought out and met my needs very well. I'm not a gamer, so I can't speak to gaming, but the graphics were fine for software development and some basic Photoshop. The system is fast and comes with 32 Gb memory and 1 Tb NVME disk. It has a second NVME slot, the ability to upgrade memory to 64 Gb, and supports two monitors.

It's brilliant!
This is a seriously handy gadget and for an absolute killer of a deal. It's not a gaming rig but it copes with some AAA games from 2017 and thereabouts. As far as a work PC goes this thing is way more for the money than some potential alternatives, especially some which are named after fruit. It performs very well for the things I do on a regular basis, like running VM's which I use for database work. I don't have many users (Three, sometimes four) using the DB at the same time, but with a few uysers running queries on the DB I can happily keep doing whatever work I was doing without really even noticing the other users tasks. When I have the machine all to myself it's really fast. It'll run 4k video without dropping many frames (Maybe a few when the video starts, none after that). I've installed quite a lot of software and installing and removing things is lightning fast. I also do some sound work and some video work very occasionaly, and it handles that kind of stuff just fine.. There might be faster PC's, but I doubt very much there are many which are faster at the same price. It's quiet, sometimes I forget that it's even running, it occasionally makes a little fan sound to remind me that it's alive, but usually the sound isn't loud enough to call noise. It really is a worthwhile thing to have.

Good for the price
Update: a few months in and still going strong. I've noticed some games work better when launched normally and some games work better with AMD adrenaline. Nier automata did not do well launching from the AMD Adrenaline. I had to launch it normally. I had to turn off AA putting global to low but used the FidelityFX CAS and turned it up all the way but was on 1080. I got a steady 50-60 FPS. It dropped to 50 from time to time but mainly stayed at 59 FPS. I always turn on windows game optimization and add each game as high performance. I have also tried master chief collection the first game no slowdowns but I haven't played all the way through yet. I've removed the HDD and made it an external HDD and play games through the USB C data port on the front with DQ11 and it still loads too fast for me to read the words on the loading page. I made my HDD an external because I needed to pull data off of another pc. Hope this helps anyone else on the fence. Well I bought this after a lot of research. I know that people had issues with thermal throttling. So I bought fans for either side of the case. Now since they are external fans it won't keep it super cool but does help drop 5° on the APU. I haven't experienced thermal throttling on the nvme or ram. Now that being said I did add a HDD. So far everything I have thrown at it works. I'm a casual gamer and I don't own a 4k monitor so my gaming is limited to 1080p. This suits me fine and I have been able to run Strangers of Paradise, Horizon zero dawn, FF7 remake, roblox nier replicant, FF15 and below including the PR versions and a few AAA titles. Now the wifi part is fast which is nice since I am too far away for an ethernet cord and I'm not dropping a line to my gaming setup plus I have such a steady reliable signal I'm not worried. The Bluetooth is good but the distance is left to be desired. I have connected upto 3 things at once, two controllers and a Bluetooth headset. I did have any connectivity issues unless I drop back about 15 feet then it gets spotty for me it is not an issue because I'm not that far away. Noise is ok before I put the fans on. When you first boot it the fan goes high then drops to normal. It can power an external monitor by itself through the USB4 and I haven't had any issues. HDMI works like it should. Now when I hook up a usb 3 hdd I get good speeds well decent speeds upto 110 mb/s. I used to get 20 mb/s with my old computer so that's a plus. The SSD NVME is super fast. I do love the 32gb ram and in the bios I changed the VRAM to 8gb. So far it has been really good and I'm happy with it. I just wish the bottom had a fan which has the NVME, Ram and wifi card in it. The NVME does have a heat sink but that is only so good if you have a way to move the heat out because otherwise it will only do so good. I have only had it about a month so I am not sure of longevity but I'm hoping keeping everything cool will help.

The setup that just kept on surprising me (in a good way)
I don't generally write reviews (even though I often rely on them) - however, I picked this up on a lightning deal after briefly skimming the product page and looking at some high level specs as a replacement computer for my father. In the process of getting it set up for him, I realized what an absolute pile of very specific features come with the UM760 that (while mostly listed on the product page) were a very pleasant surprise at every turn to me (the ignorant buyer). - The Ryzen 5 7640HS comes with an NPU for AI related tasks - not important to me, but who knows if that could be useful in the future. - The 760M graphics chipset is no slouch, nice to have the AMD APU to lean on here at this price. - There are 2 SODIMM slots, and only one is taken up by a 16GB DDR5-5600 SODIMM - expandable with decent RAM without scrapping what comes with it. - There are 2 NVME drive slots, and only one is taken up by a 1TB SSD. This and the RAM slot make it VERY easy to double your capacities (or more) without being wasteful. - A 2.5GBe Ethernet Port! Nice! - HDMI 2.1 port - and it SHOULD be, but it's harder to come by than it should be. - An overly magical USB 4 port. Current and backwards thunderbolt compatible, with a special trick of accepting PD IN. This is in the picture on the product page (a giant frosted PD IN on the desk), I did not see it. I did not realize it until i unplugged the power cord and realized my TB3 dock was powering the machine. - Comes with Windows 11 Pro. It could have been Home, but they did it right and shipped it with Pro. Absolutely appreciated. I honestly couldn't come up with any cons for this machine, but that may change in time. It was honestly a refreshing experience to be pleasantly surprised by more and more thoughtful features and functionality all packed into this relatively inexpensive device, and knowing there's EASY expandability down the road. My father won't be taking advantage of all that this machine has to offer, but I find this machine as it is a steal at the $327 I snagged it for, and would likely purchase another at the regular $429 price, given the outstanding feature set available at this price point. Disclaimer: I'm absolutely in the honeymoon phase right now, and very much doe eyed over tech specs. Don't use this review as a long-term reliability decision. But if thoughtful features in a thoughtfully priced package matter to you, give this a go.

Fast, silent, small... did I mention fast?
This PC is amazing, you will not believe the power inside this thing, extremely fast, everything worked like a charm since the first start up, gaming on this tiny little thing is just the extra cherry on top, do not expect 4K AAA gaming, but it is decent for most low demanding games at extremely decent FPS, you can look online for the Ryzen 7940HS with the 780M capabilities if gaming is what you want it for, but for every other task is just more than what you might ever need, blazing fast internet browsing, applications open instantly, there is not wait time for anything, click it and it is already open... so far it has been extremely reliable, hook it up with a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard and is hidden behind the monitor with the provided bracket for VESA mounting, only the power cord is needed, so there is no messy cables all over. If you are looking for a extremely decent performance all around desktop for home or office, you will not go wrong with this mini pc.

An amazing mini pc!
This is an amazing mini pc, fast and stable for my use case. It’s light weight, portable, and has everything I need for a small compact portable office. I can connect multiple screens. multiple USB’s make it easy to connect all my devices. And the fans run so quietly.

Simple and Reliable
I love this little computer! The good: Small, quiet, reasonably powerful, power sipper, build your own optional, easy to work inside, reliable. I've had it running nearly nonstop for 4 months straight, and it's never given me an issue. No issues with OS compatibility. I installed Linux on mine (LMDE 6) and it has no issues managing any of the hardware. Windows will work fine too. The Bad: I don't have anything to complain about, but it's important have appropriate expectations... It can game or do lightweight professional work if you wish, but high demand gaming, complex or large compiling, or high demand video, audio or image rendering may be beyond its limitations. Good use cases: browsing, media playback, office work, lightweight gaming, home server, something for grandma, or similar. Supports up to 2 displays via HDMI.

Graphics will crash system
I can confidently say do not purchase. I bought 3 minis forum pcs, 2 different models. They all have a serious flaw with the graphics hardware. We tried many versions of AMD drivers. The pc will crash or hang after a few days when using 2 monitors. The issue seems to be a voltage instability due to poor design.
