Been using this for about a month already. The added melatonin is perfect for night and the gummies get me into REM sleep way faster, definitely going to feel and notice the difference.

Nice, soft and chewy gummies. As a mature adult, I didn't really think this would cause me to grow any taller than I already am, since my growth plates finished growing many many years ago. It does well for the melatonin part though. I fall asleep quickly and sleep well, waking up refreshed and not groggy. The price is a bit more than I wold like to pay, so I will b sticking with my chewables or sublingual melatonin supplements.

Others have stated this already but I'll add my two cents. No, this is not a vitamin, mineral, or multivitamin. Yes, it says that in the listing description, images, and just about everywhere on the product page. The seller uses vitamin, trace minerals, and multivitamin as selling points. However, no where that I can see do they show the ingredients list. I think that is a problem. So, why did I order this? Well, as a joke cause my wife is short. I figured I'd see what was in it and offer a real and honest review once I got past the humor of it. That is what follows. This is basically a very expensive melatonin supplement. It's a young child's dose. Any adult that buys a height supplement is not being honest with themselves. A young person (very young) will scientifically have a better chance to grow to their full height with better nutrition and SLEEP. That's the whole gimmick with this supplement. Based on that logic, a 1 mg melatonin dose is plausible. It's a stretch, but still. All that said, this costs 4 times as much as a bottle of 1 mg tablets. If you can afford that, and your kid cannot do tablets, it might be worth a try. I think it's too bad that customers had to learn what is in the product by seeing our images and reviews, but, hey, that's why we're here.

I can’t really comment on whether these Heightener Height Growth Sleep Gummies actually work, but I remain pretty skeptical about the bold claims they make. While some users report good sleep and minor growth improvements, the science behind supplements making you taller beyond your natural potential is still questionable. If you’re considering them, keep in mind that genetics and lifestyle are the main factors in height growth. Worth trying if you want better sleep support, but don’t expect miracles on height alone. I'm also a little on the fence trying products that make such bold claims. 🤷‍♂️🌙✨
