Good pizza crust mix!

I used this to make a breakfast pizza, and it was great! The measurements are in grams/millimeters, so it did take a little research to convert the measurements, but it was worth it!

Directions missing/out of date

The only thing I liked about this was that it was organic and seem to not take as long as other pizza dough to be ready to make. What I didn’t like was there were no directions on how much water to add to The yeast… I had to look it up online. Also, my dough did not rise and I went to look at the expiration date and I received it 5/4/2024. The expiration date was 5/11/2024….not happy with this product!

Un po' costosa, ma di grande qualità

Sono fra le migliori farine sul mercato. Certo si tratta di prodotti costosi,a se si vuole ottenere un ottimo risolato sono da consigliare. Vanno bene sia per le preparazioni a mano sia con l'utilizzo della macchina del pane. Sono tutto incluso qui già additiva di lieviti e sale.
