I've had this for two and a half years now. I wear it constantly around my neck and I don't take it off in the shower and the Nitro has been absolutely fine in it. I lost it for a couple of weeks. I found it on the ground in my tire track. I park in this spot once or twice a week so I've been driving over it. It's been a particularly rainy couple of weeks. The Nitro is still fine inside and the case is not damaged. I need something better and the beaded neck chain for dog tags. I try to keep five aspirin on me in this case is far too small for that. It does however fit 8 Nitro. Sometimes they get stuck. You have to tap the case on something hard that may not always be the best for everyone especially in an emergency. I have not yet found a case that Nitro doesn't get stuck in unless it's the original bottle but that leaves a lot of space for the Nitro to bang around in and break up. Overall a good case sturdy and waterproof and if you don't fill it full you may do better with the pills sticking.

I bought this nitro pill holder for my husband in 2016 and the chain finally wore out. Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Amazon still had the same one! Looks like a real bullet and small enough to carry the 3 pills he carries. Also has a 28" chain.

Beautifully made. I do wish it the interior cavity were a little larger; it's barely large enough for the pills it was purchased for. But, as I said, a quality piece of jewelry. Based on other reviews I also ordered another chain (Urban JewelryClassic Mens Necklace 316L Stainless Steel Silver Chain Color, 6mm, 23 inches) and they look great together. These items were purchased for my son who must keep medication available at all times. He loves them.

For me, this is the very best nitroglycerin holder. It will just hold 3 81mg coated aspirin and 3 nitro tablets. I use the supplied chain, which just slips over my head, and wear it day and night. The Ti very quickly warms to skin temperature, and becomes almost totally unobtrusive to wear. This is a true titanium alloy device, which as an effectively non-reactive metal, does not react with the medicine or your skin. Especially good for those with metals allergies. The "bullet" styling may not appeal to some, but I will live with it for the other qualities.

Had to start carrying pills with me. This fit the bill perfectly. Plus, it's a conversation starter. I love its machined perfection and the fact that it came with a spare o-ring seal. Looks great on my necklace, holds my pills, and is just pointy enough to let me [playfully] stab my girlfriend when she tries to steal my french fries. Can't go wrong and would purchase again (or more) from this manufacturer.

Inusually carry pills with me for one thing or another, Advil, or other pills. I got this as a ways to keep a few pills in when bringing a keychain pill holder isn't a good idea (ocean, keys with valet, etc). The issue is the inside of this thing is TINY. Very small IBUPROFEN can only fit 1-1.5 at max. If carrying a few pills is your objective look elsewhere. If 1-2 pills does the trick than you'll be good.

Love everything about it. Cheap chain but switch it out and no problem. Also has a ring big enough to use as a key chain of you prefer to carry it that way. No regrets buying this what's so ever. Might get a another later on💜

I have severe anxiety and wanted something to carry my anxiety meds with me EVERYWHERE at all times. This product is perfect. I got the mini and it fits two of my 1mg xan pills. I tested it’s waterproof abilities and it is 100% waterproof. I bought a sterling silver chain so i Could wear it daily because the ball chain that comes with it surely would’ve broken out my sensitive skin with consistent wear. All in all this is a great product.

This looks nice and to be made of good quality however it is not big enough inside to hold my pills. Am returning and will try to get a bigger one.

It's great but it needs to be a little larger, baby aspirin doesn't fit inside it; can't use it for the purpose for which it was intended.
