It’s heavy but I use this at night before I braid my hair. Smells wonderfully like herbs. It’s expensive but a little goes a long way. I use this from the middle of my hair down to the ends the night before wash day. My hair is waist length. I don’t know if this has done anything other than add moisture to my hair but I enjoy using it in my routine.
