Then the software went on the fritz. Unlike my first one, I'm unable to set the length of a tape piece without it reverting back to A or B or some other random length after hitting the cut button. I was so convinced by the reliability of the first one I got I didn't open the second model until long after the return window closed. I hope the company sees this review and contacts me for a replacement.
