This is A very good supplement it gives you a lot of energy and it boost my high up and my energy last all day I been taking it almost a year so far have not experienced no side effect

A friend of mine started taking this product and recommended it to me. I do find that it works! I am trying to make some lifestyle changes as signs of aging are creeping up on me. I think this product helps. Refrigeration is recommended, and of course, consistency is key. I have a hard time remembering to take it because it's in the fridge, so I set a reminder on my phone/watch. I haven't had any negative side effects with this. I think it's a good value for the high-quality ingredients that I am looking for. I feel good! Will order more when this runs out and see where it takes me. I'm impressed so far.

I started noting more steady energy and focus levels throughout the day rather than ups and downs and felt like I had better endurance during workouts rather than forcing myself through them on lower energy days so there’s definitely a difference in taking these versus the typical NMN supplements, recovery after workouts also seems to be quicker. They also have 99% purity and are very easy to take, I take them along with TMG from the same brand. I trust Longevity box supplements and use quite a few from them so I would likely repurchase it.
