If there's one thing pets seem to hate, it's prescription food. We currently have two older cats with chronic kidney disease. Both will eat this food - though our pickier eater prefers the "stew." But, of all the prescription foods we've tried with pets over the years - both wet and dry - the Hill's wet food is the only product any of our pets have actually seemed to enjoy. If that's not worth 5 stars, I don't know what is.
