No problems, powering two monitors flawlessly for MacBook pro, 4k and 1440p. Makes swapping between laptops painless.

I ordered one of these as soon as they were available. On arrival, the packaging and unboxing presentation was was nice and seems to have been given some thought beyond "here's your thing in a box". The unboxing presentation seemed to show care and pride in product. The device has considerably more heft to it than expected. It's heavier than I thought it would be, and that heft gives a feeling of solidity, and robustness. The device was simple "plug and play" to set up, literally. Just plug it in, turn it on, and everything you connect to it works just as well as were they plugged directly into computer. My only concern was the plug is only two-pronged (US). It's not a grounded 3-prong plug as is usual with top shelf electronics. Whatever the case or cause, this device stopped working about 20 days after purchase. It worked beautifully, and as expected ... until it didn't. I initially thought the issue was with the extended display monitor going through the Display Port connection, but, then, on testing other devices, I found that suddenly, nothing would connect through this where all things tested work perfectly when connected directly to computer. I've thus, sent this back for return. Once Amazon refunds, I'll likely re-purchase this as Anker is typically quite reliable. There are a few other Thunderbolt 5 docking stations (and hubs) available, but, not all of them have Display Port 2.1. Anyway, this worked, until it didn't, but, I'll likely go in for it again. 3 stars for now because it's annoying to go through the returns process and go without an important bit of equipment. I'll likely update to 5 stars if I get this again, ... and it manages to have a long life.
