**Q: has anyone actually succeeded in getting this to stay lit after heating it up??? How??? Do I need rocket fuel?**
A: You need to heat it over the gas or electric turning around until is red for all sides. After that it keeps burning for a least 20 min

**Q: I have a heat management device and have been using two quick light coals. how many of these coal should i use then? two or three? thanks!**
A: Don't bother with this. It will put out your quick start coal because it doesn't burn!

**Q: Can i light these with a lighter ?**
A: No, You can not light  these with a lighter. Coco Java  Charcoals are natural coconut charcoal that requires single coil burner or electric stove to light.

**Q: How do you light them? I want to use it for incense but thr coal just keeps going out.**
A: The best way to light these coals is on a single coil burner or an electric stove with an exposed heating coil. 
1.Place the coals directly onto the burner either close together or touching
2.Turn the heat to the highest setting
3.Let them heat up for about 4-5 minutes on one side (Heating times may vary)
4.Flip the coals
5.Let them heat on the other side for another 3-4 minutes (Heating times may vary)
6.When they are red-hot and glowing, then they are ready to be placed on the hookah
