I absolutely love hydroflask. They have a double walled insulation system that is sealed with a glass bead rather than lead (like stanley or many other brands) making this water bottle the safest to use in terms of lead exposure and overall health. It is very easy to wash - can be hand washed or put in the dishwasher depending on your energy levels, laziness and overall preference. I only ever fill this with ice water so I can’t attest to how well it holds up to hot drinks, but I assume it holds very well considering it’s insulated stainless steel. When I fill this with ice water i’ll put about 8 square ice cubes and it will stay cold for 24+ hours i’m not even kidding. The fun color, stable consistent temperature make it so much easier for me to drink more water and make it fun! This water bottle is easy to take anywhere with you, because it has a handle attached to the screw on lid. It does not fit in cup holders as it is too wide. but regardless it’s great! Just throw it in your purse or put it in your car on the seat or floor and it’s ready to take on any adventure with you!

I bought this after coming from a cheaper insulated bottle that ended up rusting after 4 months. I heard this brand was one of the best in the industry so I gave it a try and I'm not impressed. Aside from it not rusting up so far, the insulation is pretty bad compared to the cheaper one I bought as that one, I could leave ice water in there for 2 days and it'll still have ice in it. This bottle, barely 12 hours and for something that's nearly 3 times the price, I was expecting the same performance at least. I would compliment it on not rusting (which, I feel like shouldn't be something that's praised since it should be a basic standard) it's only been 4 months so far, so we'll see... Durability, I mean, it's quite similar to the cheaper brand I got where it's pretty hardy in terms of build, but insulation is the main reason to buy these things anyways. But at least for what I need it for (10 hour work shifts) it does the job. I just don't find the value of it worth it unless rusting is a common occurrence with insulated bottles and paying 35 dollars for something that doesn't rust is considered luxury premium. I wouldn't know, this is only my second insulated bottle and if that's actually the case then this industry and it's customers are something else... [Update] 10/6/25 : So I apparently had a bottle with some really bad insulation on my previous purchase. I bought a new one since I lost my previous bottle. I've had this one for month and it's been working good. I left this bottle in my car during 100f weather for 2 days and there was still some ice floating around inside. Since this bottle is highly praised, perhaps I just got unlucky and got a faulty one before. updated to 5 stars until something happens.

Great product, it does keep ice in water for 3 days in a comercial kitche (hot work) tested over Christmas eve , day and boxing day. The ice held up in the water filled flask and did a great job the entire time.
