I’ve tried a handful of different probiotics over the years, but this one has been one of the easiest to stick with and actually notice results. I'm on my second bottle. After the first I told my husband he should try them for his stomach. Like me he has bloating and gas . We are both in our seventies. I can't hardly believe it but he had the same results. I wasn't concerned about weight but if I lose a few pounds that's ok too. It's like a new digestive system. I am so glad I tried Bioma. I'm giving it 5 stars because of the results based on approximately 6 weeks of taking them for myself and 1 week of my husband taking them.

I always hear about how necessary Probiotics are at a certain age, I never really put much stock in it. But as an obese 33yr old I can say it’s valid. I started taking these in the morning when I woke up and I made sure to drink a lot of water after. It was maybe on day 3 that I had so not so fun bathroom trips. But by day 8 I did notice a lot less bloating in my mid section. I’m gonna finish the bottle and see if there are any other qualities, I’ll update my review if any change.

I believe it’s a good product. I can’t take (2) capsules as required because most probiotics make me very sick. I tried 2 and had to go back to 1. I’ve been on it since 12/12 and tried 2 on 1/6. I had horrible flu like symptoms which is usually what probiotics do to me. I did notice clothing was looser on my stomach and waist. I haven’t lost any pounds. I’m not on it just to loose weight but to help straighten out my gut. I will try 2 capsules again on February 1. I researched a lot of probiotics and I truly believe this is a good one.

I had weight loss surgery in 2017. I eliminated 75lbs and regained 20 during covid. I have eliminated 10lbs on my own and I'm not taking this for weightloss but to regulate my digestive system. I've been taking this now for 14 days & my bowel movements have been great. For the past couple of years , I have been dealing with digestive pain in stomach no matter what I have eaten. I've been to Doctors for this. I had tests & I have a small hiatal hernia. So that's not the problem. The past 6 months have been horrible. So i decided to give this product a chance cause other probiotics haven't helped. In 2 weeks I have been pain free. Not sure if this is doing it or because I have cut out a bunch of supplements. You need to take a good mutlivitamin after the surgery , and I have , but if my problems have been eliminated since taking BIOMA then this is the answer. I also find that I'm not craving the way I used to...my advice give this a try..

Don't go by advertisement that in a week you will have loose jeans. It takes three to six months for probiotics to work in your system. I have lost inches and 4 lbs. And I am now in my 5th mo. It does work but you also have to work. No easy fix for weight loss.

The capsules are easy to swallow, and most importantly, no side effects at all. With some other probiotics I’ve tried, I would feel discomfort or cramps, but this one works very gently while still being effective. I also appreciate the clean formula and that it’s vegan-friendly without unnecessary additives. Overall, I’m really happy with these probiotics and I’ll continue the course. Would recommend.
