If i'm a size 33 should i get a size 32 or a size 34? will a size 32 stretch and fit me comfortably with the elastic on the sides?

I am a 35, 36 and bought a 34. they are a little snug in the waist but not uncomfortable. Get a 32 if you like a snug fit or a 34 if you want them a little looser.
