They really work. They mold to your teeth and if you get the adjustment right, it stops the storing most nights. There are some nights when I am congested or if I change the adjustment that I do snore a little but my wife tells me it is much better. I will say that the only issue I have with these things is not a fault with the guard but with the physics of it. This guard pulls your lower jaw out slightly. This puts stress on your teeth and jaw. If the adjustment is too far out my jaw gets a little sore. When the guard starts wearing out, they will move your teeth around a little. It's a little weird but they readjust a little while after I get up. I grind hard to the point that I have cracked several molars. My dentist was going to make me a mouth guard once my implant was completed in about 3 months. Now that I found this mouthpiece I don’t need to keep looking anymore, in fact, I am going to purchase a second one. This mouthpiece is comfortable and the best part is that I wake up with it in my mouth every single night since I purchased it about a month and a half ago. This device has changed my life!
