Taking on more ultra light and bank/river fishing this year I quickly tired of the tackle box and wanted to give this bag a try. I love it. Lightweight, comfortable, and carries everything I need. For reference, I am 6'5" and 260lbs and this bag fits me perfectly and comfortably with some strap adjusting left to spare. I easily fit 2 plastic boxes in the main compartment. I keep other tools, gear, and some plastic worm packs in the front zipper area, which is also quite roomy. The side "belt" part holds a few jars of gulp baits, and I have a nice pair of pliers that are held securely with the velcro strap. There are also several other holders and loops that I have not found a use for yet but are available.I usually wear this facing the back. The shoulder strap easily drops down allowing me to spin the bag to the front when I need to access anything. The clips and other hardware seem to be plenty durable. Very sturdy. Lots of good features. A lot more room inside than you’d think. Great for trips when you have to do a lot of walking but don’t want to carry a lot of crap with you. Only one problem. The straps are kind of small. They don’t extend very far. I’m only 6 foot tall but the straps don’t allow the bag to hang low enough to be comfortable. I can’t use the waist strap at all. Way too short. If you have larger than a 36 inch waist, could be uncomfortable. All they need to do is offer a place you can buy a strap extension and this bad is 5 stars no problem. All that said, I’m still going to use it.
