Great product….unfortunately one jar came leaking

…And not in the best way. All honey, some spice, no umami and zero crunch! I was expecting a typical chili oil crunch with a “twist” of honey added but this is not that. It’s literally thick as tar because it’s all honey and no oil with a few chili flakes added. I had to doctor it up.

I really like this honey-chili condiment. But on this delivery the bottle had leaked all over, sticky honey everywhere. Not risking another purchase.

Wow my favorite honey ! No competition

I came across this on amazon, watched the short flick and tried it. I love this item, Momofuku HOT HONEY. It took a few days to get used to the heat, but now I nibble on it by the teaspoon full. I enjoy the hot sweetness by itself, but this can be added to many foods to add more depth and flavor, when you want heat but not from a spice that adds a flavor you don"t want. I am experimenting with it. Hot Honey is so versatile and can be added to many foods in various stages of preparation. Had my neighbor try it and she fell in love with it too.
