My luggage is a wheeled duffle the handle to the bag when upright is on the side not on top of the duffle,will it work to put an additional bag on?

It might work as the bungee that tightens down to secure the luggage on top of each other is adjustable

How does this attach to the bottom suitcase?

It doesn't really attach. You slip one of the loops over your suitcase handle, plop your purse or whatever on top of it, then bring the second loop up and over your purse and slide it over the suitcase handle. It's really easy and self-evident how to do it once you have it in your hands.

I received the wrong color..?

Send it back or email the seller regarding their error. Often they will tell you to keep the one sent and will either credit you or send you a new one in the correct color.

I put a carry on top of my suitcase, tried every different way but, there’s no way the top strap will stay on. Suggestions?
