I'm 75 years old, male, retired carpenter w/limited fixed income. Was using a different product LMNT that iI couldn't afford after a discounted "get acquainted" price. Enter "PURE KICK" singles; and to my surprise, THIS product does the job just as well...maybe even better. The flavors are great, caffeine content gives a boost, easy to use, dissolves after a few shakes in a 48 oz. jug, which gives me exactly the taste I like, sweet, but not too sweet. I even like the colors, not that it matters, but somehow it does, to me. So, bottom line, if you are looking for a morning boost to "jump-start" your system, along with balanced electrolytes for health I highly recommend PURE KICK w/o reservation. Great value, does the job well.
