This laptop does exactly what I wanted and expected. It's a productivity laptop. I got one for my wife and I. My only drawback is the processor is a little slow. For movies, office apps, movies and very light gaming, I love it.

I bought this on an Amazon deal an to be honest was not expecting too much. However this has exceeded what I thought, I need to replace a failing machine. And this will do what it’s needed to do. I thought I had an issue reached out to support and they responded next day which was ok as I found it was user error and resolved the issue.

This laptop is brutally slow and the touchpad is not that responsive. It's slow with basic tasks like typing into a web browser. I replaced my 2015 Dell Laptop with this one, and that old laptop is much faster.

This is the 2nd laptop I have ever owned, I'm only 70 yo, lol. I don't know that much about computers, and I never heard of Kiegerr before but I took my chance.. Well I tell you this computer is fast! My last two I had were way slower from the beginning and then got worse over time. I only use it to browse the internet some and will do my taxes with it. I do not do game on it. about 5 days so far and it is working great!

It is a good computer but I’ve noticed it takes a long time to download files, also I’ve downloaded Roblox and it keeps crashing so this computer is definitely not a gaming computer. I am sending it back. If you guys aren’t gamers and need it for videos, Microsoft, video editing this is definitely a computer for you.

Great laptop. I was going to get the Mac book air but I’m glad I did not. This dose every thing I need and more for a lot less

It works really good and it is fast. The only thing is the battery does not last. You basically have to keep it plugged in constantly. You might get an hour and a half out of the battery. Other than that it's a really great laptop for the price
