My son is a wild child and has a hard time calming down at night. We started adding this every night to the bath water. He still plays hard in the tub, but after he gets out, it's way easier to get him to sleep when this is added to his routine. When we run out or accidently forget, this kid is up all night. Highly recommend, it's magic.
