Good product/Bad instructions
The quality is great and it does what it’s suppose to do. However the instructions leave a LOT to be desired. There are only 2 pieces that are labeled. The rest is a guessing game. You have to really pay attention to what pieces go where according to the picture (that’s your only instructions. A picture. No words) They provide the tools needed to assemble it so no extras needed. But the instructions are the reason for the 4 stars.

Missing a hole for installation!
The media could not be loaded. It was missing a hole for the center. Unfortunately, I had already filled the baskets before building it. No one has gotten back to me regarding this issue.

Love it
A great bed for small garden spaces but definitely limited on what veggies can be grown due to shallow-ish pots. Great for flowers!!

Nice plant stand, a pain to put together
This ended up being a nice plant stand, that will be perfect for our outdoor patio area. However, it was a pain to put together, for the following reason: it's one of those things where, if you assemble one piece the wrong way, you don't know it till you're pretty much done and it looks like you have "the wrong part" to make it a whole. Well, it's actually that you need to (puzzle game style) figure out where you put something on backwards or wrong side out, which was what happened to me. It took me a good 20 minutes to figure out my error, had to call a friend, then finally figured it out and had to dis- and re-assemble a couple of the supports. The instructions aren't clear on what should be facing forward/etc. So, if you happen to be lucky enough to get it right the first time, I guess this could be a pain-free situation and quick assembly. But if, like me, you got one piece wrong, prepare for an hour assembly time and a good measure of frustration. After it was assembled, it looks nice and I'm looking forward to filling it with some plants. All you need is the (both included) allen wrench and a thing google tells me is a spanner wrench.
