I was having an upset tummy. I tried this tea and it lessened my pain. After a few days I had no tummy pain. Great flavor. I add a little bit of sweetener. High quality tea. Flavor not too weak or strong. The tea bags are sturdy.

Twinings never disappoint. I really enjoy this lemon and ginger tea, drink one cup per day. But i don't take it after 7:00pm as it give me extra urines in the evening. I try to drink it from 7am to 4:00pm. thank you, twinings!!!!

This tea is calming but uplifting with the pronounced ginger. It has no caffeine, so it won’t keep you up at night. . It is a great alternative to decaf black tea, which has been my standby in the evenings.
