These are perfectly sized for making extremely narrow diameter holes but the bits are very brittle. Be sure to put them in a safe place after use. Their round color band makes them very prone to rolling. If they land on the tip OR if you are putting too much pressure on the drill, it's history. Be gentle with them and they work well. The price is reasonable if you have to replace a set--I am on my third set.

After trying two other drill bit sets, I almost was about to give up on finding a good quality one on the amazon. This set is very good quality, and I could drill metal super easy. Be mindful that as the size of the bit goes smaller, a minimal side force may break the bit. I had no problem drilling with these bits.

As much as I would want to give it a 5 star they're very fragile. I mainly use it for miniatures so the plastic is easy drill into, but as fate would have it, accidents occurred and I'm already out 3 for the slightest drops so make sure you put a pillow under whatever project your working on.I wouldn't trust these on wood or any other harder material or even putting them in a dremel, best used by hand drill and being extra cautious. I don't even think anyone could make them this small without having them snap so good luck trying to find a better brand. I don't mind the price either, 10 bucks got me through a lot of minis that were difficult to customize with thicker sizes.

soft, brittle bits. unsuitable for soft silver work. my first two tries resulted in immediately broken bits. Using slow speed, burlife and very little pressiure.

I purchased this micro drill bit set because I wanted to drill out portholes in a plastic ship hull.They worked great. I was able to successfully drill over 200 with no trouble. It is true that they are very small and you want to be extra careful, but i used them with my cordless drill and had no troubles. Just be extra cautious as to keeping the bit straight.Great price, great service, great product for me.

The sizes of these drill bits are perfect for what I do. I make polymer clay earrings. I was very excited to use these. I drill through the polymer clay onto a bamboo cutting board. The drill bits work wonderful on the polymer clay but after a few days of use they end up snapping off in half.

These bits are perfect for a variety of uses. I personally use them to drill windows or lights on model kits. Add a little LED lighting and you have a great kit. My only complaint is that they are rather fragile. That cant be helped though. Be gentle.

These drill bits were sharp and did the job I expected them to do.
