Absolutely Amazing E-Scooter!
If you are trying to decide if you should get this scooter or not, let me just say I was in the same boat. You won't regret it though. This Scooter is sturdy and fast as hell. The steering dampener helps a lot with keeping you in control at higher speeds. It does limit your turning radius, but if you are doing 40mph+ and think you are going to 90 around a corner, you are sadly mistaken. The headlights are bright and easily adjustable. The horn is loud, turn signals are pretty good too. Controls are easy and everything feels comfortable. I am a big dude. 6'2, 270lbs and this thing pulls me like a rocket. I can easily stand on this scooter no problem. I thought i would hate the thumb throttle but I actually love it. The throttle is sensitive, so you can glide into it. Tires are fantastic...brakes are awesome. The handle bars adjust extremely high and are super sturdy. Battery life is good too. You won't get 60 miles out of it if you are constantly ripping on it...but good luck because you are going to rip the hell out of this thing constantly. Lol the power is crazy. Not sure what else to say...if you get it, wear your freakin helmet. I have a full motorcycle helmet with leg and arm guards. Damn thing is amazing. Worth every penny. They packaged it extremely well. It sucks when the delivery company treats you package like crap, so the people that received damaged scooters, you can't blame MetaMoov...they are definitely doing their part. Also...holy crap they respond to questions quickly! Sent a message on Amazon and had a reply within 5 minutes! They told me to email them my question and then they sent me a video on how to operate the P-Settings P-Setting: Hold the +&- buttons for a few seconds when the scooter is on. Easy to change from KMH to MPH. Instructions are decent as well. This company aims to please!

Great scooter with a ton of power
I searched a lot of brands and features before selecting this scooter. Overall feedback from other purchasers (especially in their videos) was nothing but positive. I was not disappointed. To get a couple things I don’t like out of the way: (1) it resets to power level 1 of 5 and single-wheel drive at startup, (2) the suspension is too stiff for a rough gravel road (more on that later), and (3) the steering damper limits steering travel too much (I took it off). Comments: (1) More power than you can really even use, because the thumb throttle takes you from zero to full power (in your chosen range) in less than 70 degrees of rotation, so if you put it in 3 and “floor it”, it’ll almost leave you behind as it lunges up to about 25 mph; it’s very difficult to moderate the throttle; so start in 2, back off and bump up to 3, then ease back in, and that’ll get you up to 25 mph or so (don’t bump up a power level with the throttle wide open unless you want to test out your safety gear). I can’t imagine going any faster on gravel. But all that power in reserve means no uphill too steep and a battery that feels like it never needs charging. I could pull a toddler trailer with this and scare the crap out of the toddler. (2) Because of the stiff suspension, the top of the tall handlebar stem can get some serious lever-like movement forward/backward, which makes it hard to hold the rotating throttle steady, which leads to a feeling of surging and engine-braking as you encounter bumps, even with the engine braking effect set to zero (choose from 0 to 5). So I’ve gotten used to staying in level 2 and keeping the throttle pressed wide open against the stop so it doesn’t move and I don’t get that surge/brake effect as I cruise at about 17 mph. I also dropped the tire pressures to about 10 psi to soften the ride. (3) The menu gives lots of options to tailor your ride, like turning cruise control on/off (which the manual says nothing about), engine braking effect, a PIN number if you lose both NFC cards, and more. (4) Blinkers, headlights, and tail lights. Those don’t make you road-legal, but they will keep you safer out there. (5) Includes two chargers to top you off fast, but I’ve done a half-mile loop to my mailbox about a dozen times now and the battery meter has only dropped from 5 to 4, and that was almost immediately (that’s the charge it arrived with; I haven’t even plugged it in yet). (6) I backed off the tension adjusters on both springs as far as they’d go (this lowers the deck so much the kickstand is now too tall and the rear kick plate rubs the fender) so my teeth didn’t rattle on my gravel driveway. I think part of the problem is it’s going over twice as fast as my old one, plus the knobby tires. But while you can still bounce on the deck, the springs are so tough and have so little travel that (I don’t think) it can flex enough to help with the little stuff (kind of like the front torsion springs on a 1-ton Chevy). I’m getting a lighter, longer-travel spring from a mountain bike suspension to see if it helps; they seem to be a very standard size. (7) The box was pretty beat up; probably came straight from overseas. While the packing is a little loose, it’s well-padded and wrapped and zip-tied together so I didn’t notice any shipping rash. (8) I emailed a couple questions to their support and got answers in less than 24 hours. (9) Overall, as long as something doesn’t break that irreparable, this’ll be the scooter for the rest of my life. Way too much power, suspension I can work with, menus to set options, nice display (though it washes out in sunlight), full lighting and horn, and even illuminated logos. Very happy with this scooter.

Top of the pack
Wow what an All around top of the line scooter no comparison to my K2Max. This scooter is built like a tank and has the motor and battery to back it up. The specs they give you are modest mine has out performed my other dual motor ones. Battery last for 58 miles I could have got more. Speed I weigh 180 and stopped at 58 it was still pulling. Has a big deck comparing to others it’s very stable the damper made it smooth at high speeds definitely makes a difference having it. Another big deal to me is they give you the directions to fully program your scooter I don’t no of any other companies doing that at least not my previous. If you make this purchase you won’t be disappointed no way. Seller I reached in just a minute on chat seemed very eager to make sure everything is good and I received it. Comes in a box mostly done just slide on your handle bars and your off, came with the tools to do everything 5 minutes it took me. Thank you Moto you guys rock I love my scooter I will buy again and again!!

Choose a different one!
Do not purchase this item or this brand. When I turned it on for the very first time, it was immediately clear that there were electrical wiring issues. That is deeply concerning, especially for an all-electric vehicle where electrical safety is critical. I do not trust this product. I reported the issue to the vendor, but no action has been taken to accept a return or resolve the problem. This is far too expensive of an item to have such obvious and potentially dangerous defects right out of the box. I would give this a zero star if such an option was available especially since I have not been able to ride this even once. Buyer beware.
