Quick Refried Bean Dip
For canned refried beans, these are tasty. I add medium or hot salsa, plus cheese and heat, stirring until all is blended. Get out your favorite chips and start dipping. Very tasty with your favorite beverage.

flavor not as expected
i buy regular usually but wanted to try the "smooth" and was surprised that the flavor didnt seem to taste the same it was more bland for some reason ?

Why am I reviewing this? Because this is the best brand for canned refried beans. You can always get these anywhere but I mean, I just added it to an order I was placing anyway so it was nice. Good packaging great delivery

Mealy and bland
It does lack the occasional bean chunk and skin piecess of the other Rosarita varieties, but otherwise paradoxically seems less smooth and creamy than both Rosarita traditional and traditional no fat. Seems quite mealy/grainy and requires a lot of salsa, hot sauce, and/or cheese to give it any flavor. For a given price, I would choose any of the other Rosarita varieties over this, and do not plan on getting any more.
