Fantastic Device!
While I don't have an issue with needles (shots, blood draws, etc), I can't actually watch the needle go in. This presented a problem when I started new medication that required me to inject myself on a regular basis. For the price, this device is the absolute best for me!! It is easy to use and solved my problem, I don't have to watch the needle go in.I would highly recommend this device for anyone in my situation.

Fantastic, No Issues
Does exactly what it should without any issue. Very easy to assemble and customize. You truly shouldn't have any issue putting this together for yourself. However, if you're used to using an autopen provided by a manufacturer, this will hurt more than those. It might depend on the syringe you buy, but mine are a little more painful than the Zepbound pens I used to get. Doesn't matter, worth it. I wouldn't be able to use a syringe without this. It is too stressful and this takes away that issue.

Works incredibly well
For first time users, practice with a spare needle / syringe before use! Use something like an orange or even a towel folded over a few times, as a replacement for skin. This way you can see how far the needle comes out when pressed, and just get a feel for how the Autoject works. The main thing when using, you want the needle to be sticking out of the end of the device, but not so far out that it’s past the needle part, when you use it.And if you ever change needle / syringe size, just do the test again. If it’s sticking out too far you’ll likely get a bruise, and depending on the needle gauge, you’ll likely bend the needle and possibly lose whatever you were trying to inject. That scenario happened to me once when switching needle / syringe sizes, as I didn’t remeasure the length of the Autoinject to reflect the new syringe’s length. My fault, but ouch!I have a big fear of injections and needles. This has saved me. I’ve used it easily over 100 times since getting it, and it works great every time. Easy to use, dependable, and has made it so I now have no fear of sq injections.

Doesn't work correctly. It slams the syringe way too hard
Was excited about buying this item because of the good reviews. Bought it to take a weekly injection into my leg. Even bought another set of luer lock needles that fit this device perfectly after figuring out the adjustment setting. The problem with this tool is the spring in this device seems to be way too strong. When you press the button to inject the medicine, this tool slams the plunger of the syringe down so hard that when you hear that click, the yellow symbol is shown in the window immediately. So immediately, that syringe was slammed all the way down using great force, instead of taking about 5-10 seconds or so to push it down like how you are supposed to do it. Due to that problem, this tool makes the syringe shoot the medicine all over the place at maximum force. I suppose a minimal amount of medicine gets injected, but most of it will be wasted because it will be all over your leg and all over the inside of the Autoject tool. The instructions provide an email address for the manufacturer, so I emailed the manufacturer to explain what is going on and ask if they can help me resolve the problem. Several days have gone by and they never bothered to reply.Guess I will be returning this for a refund then, since it doesn't work properly and there is no customer support.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reliable and Easy to Use for GLP-1 Injections
I’ve been using the Owen Mumford Autoject 2 Fixed Needle Device to administer my GLP-1 injections, and it has made the process so much easier and more comfortable. The device is simple to operate, reliable, and feels secure every time. The fixed needle design gives me confidence in safety and precision, and it’s very gentle on the skin with minimal discomfort. It’s compact and convenient for daily use, whether at home or on the go.Highly recommend this device to anyone who needs a hassle-free injection solution!

Great
I’m a needle baby and this helped a ton! I hate how slow it is with oil products in syringes, but otherwise it’s great!

Incredible helpful for injection fears
What a game-changer! I was shaking each week when self-administering my glp-1 shot in my stomach despite countless different ways I tried to minimize that fear without success. I also wanted to try switching spots and wasn’t comfortable injecting into my own arm. I wasn’t positive this would feel any less scary to me, but the thought of pushing a button vs pushing a plunger slowly myself seemed a LOT easier. You can very easily set the needle depth (I tested a few times with an empty syringe and they give a measurement guide) which is another function that makes me worry a lot less — I don’t ever have to worry I’m going to deep. I was just as scared to do it the first time as any other shot I’ve given myself in my glp-1 process. But after I pressed the button I let it sit a couple seconds and checked the indicator window in the mirror, pulled away the pen and then had to check the needle inside to make sure I wasn’t dreaming! All of the medication was plunged in a second and I literally didn’t feel it. I didn’t think prior to this that seeing the needle was my fear, but using this seems to have made a huge difference for me!I will say that I got an immediate angry red mark with circle bruise around it the size of the mouth of the autoject right after the shot — I only ever had a small red mark before with shots. It is a pretty quick plunging action, but it seems I was also just unlucky this time and may have nicked a capillary.Overall, I’d take a bruise every week if I have to for the mental anguish this saves me!

Works but doesn’t in my case
For those like me that have a fear of needles, this may or may not be your thing. It does have a loud snap when you push the button for it to do its thing and then feels like a nail is hammered in!!! Now in all fairness, this is my only interpretation as I haven’t got mast my mental issue with needles and can’t get myself to push the button with it loaded!!!!
