These are amazing and get the job done. Super sturdy

They are good quality and work well to hold skin in place, they do pinch down hard and can hurt a bit more than they should, but they are good if you know how to use them properly.

I'm a professional piercer. This specific kind of forcep is really useful and also a little hard to find. They are actually the smaller version of the normal Pennington forceps. They are actually what it shows in the picture, Penningtons with a smaller triangle opening on the tip, without the rounded ends that most of the "mini Pennington forceps" have. They're the only type I like to use for surface piercings in hard to grab areas. They are well made and symmetrical. I bought a few more after I got the first ones.

Cut out on the jaws do not line up. Had some issues with the condition when it arrived. The more we looked the worse it got. It wasn’t just dirty or smashed. The jaws have been hand cut for the piercing needle to fit through. But the cut isn’t straight so it likely doesn’t allow a needle to pass through. Waste of time effort and money but didn’t want to postpone an appt over needing to replace this clamp. Have to do so anyway due to the # of interested parties.

This is a great little clamp and it definitely gets the job done. However, it does hurt and I would not recommend closing it all the way as it will pinch. Plastic clamps are definitely safer and work better, however this does get the job done. It is definitely stainless steel and does not tarnish and I've used it for several piercings.
