And a day after placing the Amazon order for this fan, the vendor emailed me the manual and a you tube video, which differs from other reviews.I had an electrician come to install 5 fans in my house (from 3 different vendors). The electrician struggled only with this fan, took him more than twice the time of the others because he could not get the screw holes to line up when attaching the blades to the fan body. I ultimately decided to return and go with one of the other types of fans I already had working in my house, so I can’t say whether a replacement would have had the same issue. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Ugh, I hate that I have to waste my time writing this *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2018* Everyone is correct, you will not receive the installation instructions for this particular model but something close. My contractor and I spent time trying to figure out how to install and what order the pieces went in.End result: One of the pieces they give you does not go with this fan so you have to cut it to get it low enough to go over the wire box it comes with.The lighting wire box and ring of LED's are both connected by magnets so they're never gonna be straight because the tension from the wires push them whatever way they want to.After install, you're into about 6 hours of your contractor getting this thing up there (@ whatever your guy costs per hour. Or you could do it yourself and it will take 3 times longer)Lastly, there are 3 light colors. Nice orange glow, but won't really light the room, Bright office white and piercing blue. Everytime you turn the light on, it's a different color.
