Does not blow out cold air
Just like a regular fan, does not blow out cold air even with ice water

Good for a SMALL area - basically a cool fan
If I needed it just for my specific desk and/or had a place to put it on my direct desk, it would work perfectly, it is quite (just some white noise) and it does blow cold air. However, I need it to cool down basically a small personal office, and it just is not big enough, but I would definitely recommend this to anyone if it was going to be on top of their desk, table, craft table or something like that, but know that it only cools a small small area.
