Great product!
I use this product as part of my exercise routine. Every few years after much use, I find I need to buy a new one, which is fine because it has had a lot of use. Price is very reasonable. My trainer has told me that Therabands are the bands trainers choose to use.

Great quality for great price! (5lbs)
Originally I got this for my grandmother who had weak muscle tone and strength. Thought this would be all she could handle but at 95, she's strong! I would suggest you purchase the whole set, especially if you expect your client/patient to progress within months. Always expect the best from them!

Theraband is the brand to go for elastic bands. Great quality. My only disappointment is that the description shows a "Pack of 7" and I only received one. Other than that I will not hesitate to recommend it.
