Does this prevent & repel mosquitoes? or just kill them if you happen to hit one with the spray?

Yes, Cutter prevent & repel mosquitoes. However, you must spray a few times before you outdoor function. For example, had a 2pm gathering on the deck, spray at 7am and 11am and once more at 1:30pm. No mosquitoes for hours!

Does it keep bees out of the yard?

Mixed answers - "Ms Magnolia has a good listing, including NO, it won't "KEEP BEES OUT OF THE YARD." Bees come from a wide ranging area for gathering nectar, so they would continue coming into the yard. It's definitely not "labeled" for bees. Honey bees would carry the chemical back to the hive and contaminate the honey.

Does this kill ighting bugs?

Please don't kill lightning bugs.

Anyone that colors their hair... Have you noticed hair color "lighten" after fogging area you are working in???

I color my hair and I have not noticed my hair lightened but it does have Eucalyptus citriodora and that can lighten your hair especially in the sun
