Absolutely amazing! Since I’ve started taking these, I’ve ordered two bottles. I have noticed a drastic difference one I’m starting to lose weight again. I have energy and motivation. I’m sleeping through the night. I’m no longer on edge in any time that I feel like my work life or family life has been too stressful. I take the recommended dose of two and when I wake up the next day, I feel so much better life-changing. I’m more relaxed and present in my everyday life.

I wished I had found these supplements a lot sooner. They work better than melatonin. With Melatonin I kept waking up 2 to 3 times a night. Cortisol Manager stopped my 3 AM cortisol spikes. I had to adjust my how I take them thanks to AI. I take one at 7p.m. and my next one 30 mins before I go to sleep. I also take a spoonful of almond butter or eat a boil egg right before I go to sleep. Taking a proteins snack right before bed helps your body deal with blood sugar drops while you are sleeping. Great supplements that actually work. I wake up without feel tired. I am sleeping like a baby.

I’m a combat vet and I think I’ve had high cortisol and everything that goes with that for decades. First week of taking this supplement and I’ve had a bit of a headache at night, but better sleep, more calm during the day, and I’ve had some relief of my joint and tendon pain. Hoping to lose some of my gut and lower my blood pressure over the coming months.

Best supplement I have bought in a while. I have been able to fall asleep right away & most importantly, remain asleep. I had not had a good night's sleep in forever. This supplement has done the trick. I am a week in. Let's see if it continues to work, but so far so good. This definitely works for anyone who endures a lot of stress & happens to have sleep issues.

Helps with anxiety at night, but not to put me to sleep.

This product was supposed to help me with reducing my hot flashes in conjunction with another product. Prior to using the two products, I averaged 7 hot flashes a day. After two weeks on the two products, I averaged 8.57 hot flash episodes a day; and after four weeks (third and fourth weeks combined) on the two products, I averaged 7.78. I experienced two days at 10 hot flashes a day. My hot flashes were not reduced taking this product (did not reduce below 7 hot flashes a day). This product did help me sleep slightly, but I was also using melatonin gummies and Tylenol PM, so I can not give credit to this product exclusively. I suffered no adverse reactions on this product.
