This stuff is delicious! I was surprised at how good it tasted and how much it really embodied a true blueberry flavor. It kind of is like a blueberry syrup with the flavor on steroids. It's sweet, but not overly sweet..........coming from someone with a sweet tooth. I do a lot of baking, so I purchased this to make lemon cupcakes with a blueberry filling. They turned out fantastic. I took them into my office to share with my co-workers. They were a huge hit. Everyone loved them and raved about the flavors. I took a picture of them, but wish I had cut them open to show the centers. Next time!! This product will definitely be a staple in baking arsenal! I see this being used for baking, pancakes, waffles or maybe even a fancy flavored adult beverage. Highly recommend.
