Awesome Espresso Once You Learn the Ropes
I've been pulling shots with this machine for a couple weeks now and I'm hooked. So hooked that I'm probably drinking too much caffeine, but that's a good problem to have. Getting started wasn't seamless. My first pulls were way too bitter, which had me wondering what I was doing wrong. Turns out I needed to dial in the grind size - went from around 10 on my grinder scale to 14 (out of 48). Took some back and forth experimenting, but once I found the sweet spot with 14.5 grams of coffee, this thing consistently makes excellent espresso. The compact footprint is real. It barely takes up any counter space, though you'll still need room for all the accessories - grinder, scale, bean storage, and the various parts that need to dry after cleaning. The cup warmer on top fits two espresso cups perfectly. I was skeptical about the small water tank from the product photos, but it holds way more pulls than you'd expect. Takes forever to need refilling since espresso shots are tiny compared to regular coffee. This machine is definitely beginner-friendly, but you need to do your homework. If you're new to espresso, hit up YouTube and coffee forums to understand the variables. When your shots taste off, don't blame the machine - there are tons of factors at play, and this one doesn't even let you adjust two of them - temperature or pressure. One heads up for new buyers: if the machine won't work right out of the box, check the manual for the "Warm tip" about releasing the factory vacuum. Several one-star reviewers clearly missed this step. Run the process a couple times until it starts working normally. The machine makes fantastic espresso once you get everything dialed in. Just be prepared to experiment with your grind settings and dose amounts until you find what works with your specific beans.

Great espresso machine for daily use
I’ve been using this espresso machine every day and I’m very impressed with the quality. It heats up quickly, the 20-bar pressure gives a rich crema, and the flavor is strong and smooth. The steam wand works great for frothing milk—I’ve made cappuccinos and lattes with no problem. I also love the modern LED touchscreen—it’s easy to use and looks sleek on the counter. The water tank is large and easy to remove and clean, which is super convenient. If you’re looking for a compact and powerful espresso machine that looks great and performs well, this is a great choice. Totally worth the price.

Almost perfect
This espresso machine is great - the size is wonderful. It slides in and out from under my cabinet easily and takes up very little space. It pulls wonderful espresso shots that taste divine. Cons: the steam wand/hot water dispenser does not get hot enough. I have to either heat up my milk first then use the wand for foam or I have to heat it up after. It never heats up the milk enough. I used it for a hot americano the other day and it was also not hot. I would say it heats up to just barely warm. If the steam wand worked better I would give this 5 stars. For the price this is a great machine. It is basic but exactly what I need. It takes me less time to pull 2 shots and make a latte (hot or iced) then it did making a pot of coffee.

Excellent Coffee Machine
We have had it for 8 months and it has been excellent. Highly recommended. Our old one was an all in one. We got a separate grinder. We really like this one.

Perfect for coffee lovers at home
I've been using this coffee maker for a few weeks now and I'm really happy with the purchase. The coffee comes out with a thick foam and smells delicious, like from a coffee shop. The machine heats up quickly and isn't noisy, which I appreciate in the mornings. The milk frother works super well; I've already made my first cappuccinos, and they turned out delicious. The water tank is large, so I don't have to keep refilling it, and everything looks high-quality, especially the stainless steel. The touchscreen is easy to use, even if you're new to this type of coffee maker. In short, if you love coffee and want something that looks nice in your kitchen and works well, this is an excellent choice.

Sleek, powerful, and perfect for daily use
This espresso machine has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. The 20-bar pressure ensures a rich and flavorful espresso shot every time, and the steam milk frother works wonderfully for lattes and cappuccinos. The stainless steel design gives it a modern look, and the LED touchscreen is intuitive and easy to navigate. The 57.5oz removable water tank is convenient, allowing multiple brews without constant refilling. It’s compact enough to fit on my counter without taking up too much space. Overall, it’s a great machine for both beginners and coffee enthusiasts.

Good quality, easy to use, and great results
This espresso machine works very well for making coffee at home. It’s easy to use from the start, the touch panel responds properly, and the milk steamer heats quickly and produces good foam. The water tank is large and easy to remove for filling and cleaning. The design is also sleek and doesn’t take up much space. So far, it meets all my expectations for this type of product.

Functionality
The only reason I gave it to four is, I don’t think it’s very intuitive. Like you need to just know to hit the power button and let it blink until the full menu can be displayed (it’s heating up), while also having the dial on the side on the latte icon. God forbid it beyond the steam icon. The thing will never turn on, and you’re sitting there asking ChatGPT how to work it or if you didn’t know to randomly press a power button and wait until it blinks which has never been a process I’ve been appraised of in my life- so hopefully this allows someone else to use it a little easier!
