Grovers!
Just put these on my favorite guitar. What can I say? They're fantastic tuners. They have improved the overall tone and playability of my Minarik Lotus. They were a perfect fit, and made changing the strings really easy. They tuning more accurate, and they are rock solid. I changed the buttons with some imperial step buttons to keep the original look of the guitar.

Great tuners and a very cool idea executed well
Great tuners and a very cool idea executed well. Very smooth feeling and a good ratio for bring strings to pitch. I love the simple way strings go in and get locked. HIGHLY recommended by this 40 year + player..

Amazing Tuners
I bought these for my 2005 Gibson Les Paul. They fit great. The post is a little longer than the original Gibson tuners but is a drop in replacement. The tuners are amazing! It's almost unbelievable how well my guitar keeps in tune. I highly recommend these for your guitar.

Nice tuners, but very long stems!
I like these. The only weird thing is the very long stems that stick up a lot higher through the headstock than normal rotomatics. -1 star for that as the excessive length is kind of weird looking, cosmetically. But functionally I really like these.Somehow Grover can't make a locking tuner with the same stem length as the standard rotomatics people buy these to replace. The 106G's have these very long stems and the other variant of grover locking tuners with the thumbwheel 502's have shorter stems (too short to work on my gibson ES -335 when I tried those.)Overall nice tuners, just look a little weird once installed. See attached photos for comparison to standard rotomatics, and to see finished install of 6.I have only had these installed for about a week, so I will further update this review after I've had more experience with these tuners "in the heat of battle".UPDATE: I have these installed on a couple of guitars now. The tuning stability is very good. You kind of get used to the long stems after a while, but they do still look a little bit odd. I do really wish Grover would offer these in Nickel, so I could match the hardware on 3 of my Gibsons. those are staying with the old grovers because the lockers don't come in Nickel.

The Best Tuners I've Ever Used!
The main star of the show here is *instant* string changes! I have these fitted on my 2001 Heritage H-150 and in two years I've only had one string break and sure enough it was on stage! (It was the bridge saddle's fault, don't worry) I had a replacement in, on the spot, and could finish that set with little trouble! I can't recommend them enough.Dan Erlewine has a great technique for fitting new tuners, so don't worry about the screw holes not lining up. You can find that video on StewMac's YouTube page.

Excellent tuners. Tuning stability is great
Excellent. Tuning stability is great. It is a pleasure to play my old Ibanez again, and they dropped right in, no new holes for the anchor screws (1978 Ibanez PF350). Very pleased.

Way way way too tall
These look well made but the tuning pegs stand twice as high as on any acoustic guitar I've seen. Maybe they would work on a guitar with an exceptionally thick head stock?

GROVER LOCKING TUNERS WORK VERY WELL.
For the past several years I have used nothing but grover locking turners on my guitars and they have never disappointed me. Guitar stays in tune and changing strings is a "snap".

Algo largas.
Las compré para una Guitarra Yamaha TransAcoustic. Al principio me parecieron algo largas pero ya colocadas no se nota. Quedaron súper bien en mi guitarra y se ven geniales.
