Update after 5 months of use:The purifier is excellent and is working without any hickups. By the way, the prefilter was changed as promised by vguard, free of cost! Actually it was a very satisfying customer experience, Vguard contacted me and reminded that it's time to change the prefilter and fixed an appointment. The service personnel visited my place and changed it. He also checked the entire unit and ensured that it's working fine. It was a very good experience and instilled greater confidence in my mind. If the same level of customer service is maintained by Vguard, the purifier is going to be a great success. I still have no cons to point out.The purifier is perfect and my recommendation stands with the same five stars. Go for it!!First review:In one word it's superb!! Very very good product and is value for money for even the last penny. At first I thought of buying some other brand considering vguard zenora a relatively new product. Then I thought, ok any way it's vguard, I'll give it a try. Wow!, it turned out to be one of the best products I brought on Amazon. The water quality is very good and the taste is also nice. The product offers a one year comprehensive warranty, know what? Even the filters are covered under warranty. You will get the pre-filters changed two times in a year, for free. No other product will offer that kind of warranty. Coming to the installation part, once the product was delivered, I booked installation on the toll free number. Voilaa, next day two service personnel visited my place for installation. One of them was a senior technician and the other one a trainee, the former was giving instructions and explanations on everything to the latter. I felt so good to hear all those explanations and it gave me a good idea on the product. Installation was smooth, they were well equipped and even a spare connector required for installation was readily available with them. Once installation was complete, the technician gave a simple and good demo on using the product, care, warranty, cleaning etc. etc. He was adept, nice and humble. Now it's been almost a month since i started using the product and it turns out to be a good choice among all those renowned brands. I strongly recommend all of you to go for it without a second thought. Normally, I prefer to be very critical of products but this one met all expectations without a glitch. Built quality is pretty good and the black one I brought is gorgeous. It's the best choice considering the quality, service and comprehensive warranty. And Vguard is a name you can TRUST!!

Upto 2000 tds only supported Membarane . Kindly verify your water tds before bought this. Nice Product... Worthy I used past 2 years. But our water tds is 2200 output drinking water average tds is 300 / That is nearly 86 percentage... Good worthy. Strong recommended / Also service support is good....

Good Quality and Need to improve Service as stated
I had brought a V Guard zenora RO MF Purifier for my home. With 2 day installation had been done. Initially I am impressed v Guard for there quick service. Water filter is working fine But after 2-3 day the water indicator light had been fuesed. I had complaint for that but until (30 day waited) not getting any response from their service center. V GUARD NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE AS STATED.
