I love how cool my setup looks now, have good speed and quite good performance for beginners like me. I liked it, I even went live with it many times and it worked well.

Great work computer
Very happy so far with this product. Admittedly I don't use it for a gaming PC, I use it for work. The LEDs in the lighted fans turn off randomly, but that doesn't bother me. Looking to expand storage capacity and memory.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER
My son had this for 4 months and it broke. Had to take it apart and get replacement part and then reassemble. Customer service was a lil hard to understand but got everything done for me...I would expect a computer to last longer then a few months before it took a crap! Since the repair it worked but my son complained about it lagging and connecting to the internet at least a minimum of once a week but he's a kid and loves playing his games so he dealt with it. We are now at the 6 month mark of having it and it has once again stopped working. After numerous emails and asking for pictures of tags on the computer, that they didn't ask for during the previous issue, they have decided to send me a new computer, but I have to pay for the shipping to return the old one! I'm furious over this, that I now have to pay between $70-100 to ship this lemon of a computer back because we have had it for a few weeks longer than the apparent 6 month rule they have. I now understand why so many people in the reviews said it depended on if you got "one of the good ones." I would NEVER RECOMMEND this computer or brand and once I get the replacement I plan on contacting Amazon that they should rethink selling this or any other item from these people! This was a gift that has turned into an absolute nightmare
