I've been curious about getting a sceptum but I don't have the guts to actually go through with it. It did look like the picture, but shortly after I got it, one of the stones fell off. I was able to tighten or loosen in to fit my nose, but it never felt secure enough to stay on for a while. I was always self conscious that it had fallen out, especially if I was walking. I eventually lost it because it was so small. It was fun to wear while it lasted but I didn't expect high standards for how cheap it was. It was a neat accessory while it lasted. This is just a fun nose ring for people who probably aren't ready to commit to piercing their sceptum. For the price, it's worth for those who want to try this out. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Didn't even look like the picture *by A***R on June 7, 2016* It is a little loose around your septum and doesn't even look like the picture! Do not buy! Total waste of money! I gave it three stars because it did ship earlier than expected but I recomend some of vcmarts real septum piercings they fit way better and come with a bunch more. On the right is vcmarts and the left is the product I received from this order ### ⭐⭐⭐ Just got it and it's already looking worn down *by A***S on November 9, 2016* It took its sweet time to get to me but it's cute and fits perfectly so I didn't mind that too much. My biggest issue is that I've only worn it for maybe a few hours altogether and the rose gild finish has already began to wear down into a kind of copperish tone; it looks a bit like old pennies.
