I like how lightweight it is and fits my water bottle perfectly. ### ⭐ good customer service, and quality products. *by J***H on March 5, 2025* I bought one of these exercise bikes last May, it worked fine until mid-summer and then started making noises when being used. I contacted Barwing 8/24/24 via text from phone number provided. They asked for a video of the problem, so I sent a video on Sep. 6. I did get a response that they would ship me a replacement machine body, but it never came. After several weeks and no response I texted again and the said to be patient they were having assembly problems. Time goes on and the symptoms got worse. The noise got worse and at zero resistance my wife couldn't turn the crank. No further contact from them. So I gave up on their lousy service and disassembled the tension housing covers, after removing the cranks, and discovered the problem. One of the two belts was misaligned and had chewed up part of the belt and that was what was causing the problem. I removed the torn pieces of the belt, re-adjusted the alignment of the drive wheel and that fixed the problem and it works fine now. I cannot recommend this produce due to the inferior customer service, essentially non-existent service.
