Nice cast iron grates and fit my grill perfect. Grates are heavy and should last for a long time.

I bought these grates to replace the OEM grates in a Weber Spirit II and couldn't be happier. They super sturdy and well built, retain a ton of heat, leave excellent grill marks, and are very easy to clean and take care of. They do require a bit of cleaning and seasoning before use. As soon as I got them, I tossed them in the oven cranked up as hot as it would go for about an hour to burn off whatever was left on them from the manufacturing process. Often times raw cast iron is coated with a thin layer of oil at the factory to prevent rust from forming. Then I lightly oiled them, put them in the grill, and burned them in on the highest heat for another 30 minutes, then they were ready to use. They fit perfectly in my grill. Care/maintenance is a breeze, just lightly oil them once a week or so depending on how often you use them, and brush them with a good grill brush after every use. 100% worth the price!

OK, so it has become harder and harder to find cast iron grates for my 30 year old grill. I found these and they fit, however they are a little short by four inches in length. No problem. I had two choices, have the grates touch in the middle and leave a two inch gap at each end, or cut a four inch section of the old grill to make up for the short length. I opted for the later. The cast iron is a good weight and looks a lot like my old Charbroil cast iron grill. I have another five or so years with my grill. It is my fourth rebuild of it.

Don't know why I didn't choose to replace my OEM grill grates sooner! I have a 2009 Weber Spirit E210 (side mounted controls) and originally was a bit confused on which model I had. After researching my serial number on the Weber Grill support site, I found the part number and came to Amazon to find a suitable replacement. These replacement grates are a perfect fit and work great. Cooking on them is just like my original grates. Now my grill looks as appealing as the food. Glad I chose to get these replacements!

Better than OEM ones!!! Love them, besides great price, durable material... iron cast is much better than porcelain coated.

These grates are heavy, sturdy and a perfect fit for our older, Weber Spirit grill. While they are relatively new, we're very impressed with the quality; they have performed beautifully so far and we don't see any reasons for problems and expect that they will last for years to come. We highly recommend this seller.

As far as I can tell, these replacement parts are as good as the original parts. Time will tell. Perfect fit.

Fit perfectly, good quality

This was delivered within a few days and fits perfectly in the Weber Spirit I have. Have been using them now for a couple months and they are easy to clean and still in very good condition.

They are cast Iron. The design is correct with a triangular bar so debris slides off. They fit. Would buy again
