Why did you pick this product vs others?:I recently became interested in mouth taping, but was worried about the irritation from the tape and other potential side effects, so when I stumbled across these I was excited to try them. The rubber of the mouth piece is flexible and easy to manipulate into your mouth, it is a bit uncomfortable at first, but I did get used to it. I definitely feel like im sleeping better and experiencing overall positive effects since using this. I do tend to sleep with my mouth open, which has caused some issues with keeping this in place, but overall it is a good product.

This thing is a social-life saver! I bought this instead of the other ones that are featured because it bragged that it helped with mewing. I try to actively mew whenever I can and sometimes I forget so this product is very helpful. I don't have to worry about using nasal strips and I can take it with me when traveling. Mewing is important because it can help with breathing and swallowing problems so I feel good about using this product regularly. I'm toning my face, breathing better, and no longer disturbing those around me. All I see is a win.

I really thought ok , I may have wasted my money again. I am on day 4 of using this and I must say it really works. I am waking up with energy because it stayed in place and my mouth was not opened and dried out all night. I snore loudly so to find something to work for me has been a hassle. It took 1 night for me to get use to it but now this is my best friend! I will purchase again!

not really effective. It does hold the tongue in place along top of the mouth when first. However the suction fails fairly quickly if you aren't concentrating on it. Definitively does not work while sleeping. works a little better if sleep exclusively on your back but doesn't hold tongue in place all night even then. Nothing about the design will keep your mouth closed so your lower jaw will drop at some point and make this pointless. Shifting to sleeping on your side instantly makes crooked and pointless. These might work for you if trying to teach yourself to keep tongue on top of mouth while awake this might be a tool someone could use but it will not replace mouth tape because will not keep your mouth closed while asleep. I would also comment that the price is pretty high for materials used and quality, especially since fairly ineffective. Not going to return since has been in my mouth. Maybe will see if can get some use out of it while exercising or something.

This was ok at first, however after using for a month or so, it is hurting my teeth and gums. Wish I could return it. I wanted to get away from mouth tape, but this is definitely worse for me.Update: The seller kindly offered me a refund for my trouble. They obviously care. I want people to know that, though I can’t change the rating of my product review, nor was I asked to.Update #2: since I stopped using this over several weeks, my teeth and gums have not bothered me. I’m glad it works well for so many people.

Parts are very comfortable for use. Can be used for many reasons. If you clench your teeth when you sleep, this is a good product to alleviate the intensity of grinding and jaw pain.
