This is a great everyday matcha powder! It's affordable and gives off good color, texture, and flavor. Admittedly, while the depth of flavor isn't as complex as the more expensive matcha brands (you know the ones), the price, quality, and convenience of this product cannot be beat. I'd grab this brand over the others I've seen at grocery stores because it not only tastes good, but also it's exactly what I need. Many blends offered at grocery stores are pre-mixed with sugars, so having a powder that's just matcha was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend as a starter or everyday matcha powder for anyone interested in the world of matcha! Tip: For a stronger flavor, I'd recommend using 2tsps of matcha and use a milk-frother to prevent any clumping!
