It works your muscles and tendons so you might need to put a towel or extra layer of clothing between you and massage cushion. Only drawbacks are getting the only when the massage is working and the timer is only 15 minutes. Wish I had options.

It works exactly as I’d hoped. I feel like a new man every time i use it, which is daily at this point. I feel so relaxed and the knots in my upper and middle back have all but disappeared.
