The Torani Sauces do not need to be refrigerated after opening. One the Sugar Free Sauces have been opened, they should be used within 6 weeks. All the Puremade Sauces (made with sugar) need to be used within 4 weeks upon opening.

why is this is this $23 on Amazon when only $14.99 elsewhere?

I believe that could be to account for shipping, it is heavy. It also might have to do with supply and demand. You can check all the different vendors that sell it on Amazon, and off and get different prices. Some restaurant or coffee supply houses also carry it. Torani May be able to give you a suppliers name nearby, so you don’t have to pay shipping.

I love this sugar free chocolate sauce! It is delicious in my mochas (iced or hot) and hot chocolate! It's wonderful to be able to enjoy both without spiking my blood sugar. This sauce is thick, rich and melts beautifully in a hot espresso shot or hot milk. I've never gone for the sugar-free options I usually can't stand them. But as I've gotten older I now have to watch what I eat... Total bummer... I thought for sure I was going to have to give up my raspberry white mocha, but it appears I don't have to because this syrup is amazing! I know I probably sound like I'm running an advertisement, but this is really good stuff and I'm just a regular guy that's getting fat in his old age, and I wanted to tell the world😅
