And how do you know if you've put enough on your cat for it to work?** A: I felt like it was 1-2 weeks before I really noticed a big difference. I put some in my hand then rub it over their fur, I just make sure there is some moisture on the majority of the fur on their back and neck area, I don't go crazy trying to get their whole body. Part of the reason it works is also because they groom themselves after and it works on their saliva. Brushing your cat regularly also will help, however I am not consistent with this and feel it still helps. **Q: How soon does it start working ?? Its been a week but i havent seen results.** A: You cannot just treat the cat and expect an immediate change in your symptoms. Most of the allergens are already all over the house. To start, spray ADS or Allertech all over the house, too. **Q: I feel like my cat might resist the application of this product, especially on her belly, has anyone had that issue?** A: They don't love it, but don't put up too much of a fight. There's no smell, so that's not an issue. I sneak up on them and get the stuff on fast, then give 'me a nice massage to get it to the skin. It's totally worth the hassle. Good luck! **Q: How often do you need to use this ?** A: 0 times per week to every other day depending on how itchy my nose gets. I have indoor only cats and even with that sometimes they cause my nose to be itchy more times than others. During the summer I barely used it, in the fall my nose is getting itchy around them so I'm resuming using it 1-3 or 4 times per week. Starting out I was more consistent with using it every other day or so, it seemed to improve with time and now is more seasonal. I sometimes forget but it's usually a week before I realize I haven't put any on them recently. I've been using it for about 2 years and feel it works as good as something like this can.
