I used this for years, this is my favorite flavor. The taste is great, it does have a little afyer taste, nothing water can’t fix. The texture is smooth, it tastes like apple sauce. I’ve tried other flavors, and the mango pineapple is my favorite. It did help boost my immunity, helped with my skin; made it look hydrated and even, also helped with my gut health and energy. There was a recall so i stopped using it for 4 months now. Debating if i should start it up again.
